Not at all. We are more than happy to arrange for a telephone consultation or a Zoom meeting to discuss your matter, the choice is yours! To book an initial consultation to discuss your case, contact us online and we will get back you.
There are two ways in which we charge our clients: Agreed fixed fee – the solicitor and the client agree on a fixed fee for a work that needs to be completed. Our client care letters will usually lay out the agreed fee and what work is covered within this fee. Normally, any disbursements such as home office fees or court fees are payable separately and not included within the agreed fixed fee. Hourly rate – in certain cases, agreeing on a fixed fee can be very difficult due to the surrounding circumstances of the case. We therefore have the option for a client to pay for their legal matter on the solicitors’ hourly rate basis. Please note that the hourly rate for solicitors vary depending on their experience.
Unfortunately, we do not offer Legal Aid and therefore, we are not in the position to advise on eligibility for Legal Aid. If you would like to enquire about Legal Aid for your case, we recommend that you contact a law firm which offers Legal Aid.
